5 years warranty

EIZO provides a five-year warranty.* This is made possible by a highly developed manufacturing process based on a simple principle of success: sophisticated and innovative monitor technology, made from high-end materials.

In addition to the high demands on manufacturing and materials, EIZO also places great emphasis on quality assurance. Even during production, the quality of an EIZO monitor is therefore continuously checked after individual assembly steps and, if necessary, production steps are immediately optimized. Before delivery, each device is put into operation and automatically adjusted. Instead of random samples, each individual monitor is precisely checked.

Furthermore, the so-called aging process ensures maximum reliability: the LCDs undergo a long-term test during production, which means that potential problems become apparent on site rather than later during operation.

For you, the 5-year warranty means a high level of investment security and savings on follow-up costs (total cost of ownership) that would be incurred without warranty service, for example for maintenance and repairs

When buying an EIZO monitor, look for the "Swiss Edition" seal of approval. This can be seen in the model name and guarantees you the following advantages:

The "Swiss Edition" version is available for all monitors in the FlexScan EV, FlexScan S and ColorEdge series.

    EIZO's innovative service concept sets standards and meets the trend towards longer depreciation periods. Security that convinces and you can count on. The exchange service is free of charge within 1-2 business days directly at your site. The five-year warranty applies to all parts.

    First-class material and meticulous workmanship ensure the extraordinary longevity and thus enable the five-year warranty.
  • Investment security
    Subsequent costs that would be incurred without warranty service, e.g. for maintenance and repairs, are avoided and lead to optimized cost transparency (Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

    CH power cable and signal cable as described in the scope of delivery
