Repair & on-site exchange service
The repair service in and out of warranty is carried out quickly and reliably by our service partner ESAG. Friendly staff will clarify with you the need for repair, the logistics details and any costs that may be incurred. Replacement and spare parts can also be obtained through them.

Find product information & proof of purchase
The model designation and serial number can be found on the type plate to the left of the stand on the back of your monitor. Alternatively, you can find both information in the OSD menu.
Check warranty conditions
Most monitors and damages are covered by our warranty, however you should check if separate warranty conditions apply.
Fill out service form
You can use the warranty form to report a warranty case. Please document and describe the case as accurately as possible to speed up troubleshooting.
