EIZO repair services

The handling of repairs and warranty cases is fast and reliable through our long-standing and authorized repair service partner.

  • Fast: If the replacement of your device is necessary, an equivalent replacement is ready for you within 1-2 business days.
  • Transport: The logistical handling is done by post. The individual steps are coordinated individually with you.
  • Warranty services: Warranty includes backlight failure and extends for five years or 30,000 hours of operation, whichever comes first. However, 30 000 operating hours will not be reached within 5 years in normal office use. Assuming a 5-day week with 52 weeks per year and 8 hours per day, this calculates to more than 14 years. Warranty coverage is product dependent. Please refer to the warranty conditions*.

Repair & on-site exchange service / Support

The repair service in and out of warranty is carried out quickly and reliably by our service partner. Friendly staff will clarify with you the need for repair, the logistics details and any costs that may be incurred. Replacement and spare parts can also be obtained through them.

Find product information & proof of purchase

The model designation and serial number can be found on the type plate to the left of the stand on the back of your monitor. Alternatively, you can find both information in the OSD menu.

Check warranty conditions

Most monitors and damages are covered by our warranty, however you should check if separate warranty conditions apply.

You can use the warranty form to report a warranty case. Please document and describe the case as accurately as possible to speed up troubleshooting.
